Assistant Teacher - School Age After care

The Assistant Teacher will work with K-4th grade children after school. The Teacher will build relationships with the students and their families to ensure the highest possible quality of care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. The shift for this position is part time, M-F 2:30 to 5:30/5:45pm.

Qualifications​​

High School Diploma or GED required

Child Development Certificate preferred

Two years of documented child care experience
